For starters, Paul, the owner is a super nice, very accommodating guy. His staff are also very nice and professional. They provide great consultations as well as fantastic service. Prestige optical has the best service! I am an Asian with an -6 prescription. All of the glasses that I bought in Canada so far gave me extreme pain on my nose. I never had trouble in Asia before. Paul and Cam helped me choose frames that suit me in every way, so I won't get pain. They considered my very small pupillary distance, high prescription, highly sensitive eyes... many other factors. Paul is very patient and professional. He made sure things can go well for me this time and I won't waste my money. Paul even told me why my previous frames did not work, so I can avoid trouble in the future. Whereas, other optometrist had accused me of imagining all my problems(genuine pain that affects my life). Sherwin was so kind and professional on the phone. His professionalism made me trust eye doctors again after so many horrible experiences. Prestige is great!

Above and beyond service! Paul and his team are exceptional. He worked tirelessly to not only find me frames that would work for me, but he also tweaked my frames so that my lashes don't touch the lens! Not an easy feat as all you ladies out there know. The options are endless and there are no words to describe their attention to detail and education to make you feel over the moon with your purchase.
