Doctor of Optometry

Dr. Aneil Sandhu was  born and raised in British Columbia. He spent his early years in Ladner and then moved to Vancouver where he currently resides.Dr.Aneil Sandhu completed  his doctorate from Aston University School of Optometry in Birmingham, United Kingdom where he graduated with distinction achieving both academic and clinical honours. Dr.Sandhu has vast amount of experience and knowledge working in the hospital and private practice in the U.K and Canada. Dr. Sandhu enjoys seeing patients of all ages and providing treatment plans in all aspects of eye care.Outside of the clinic, you can find Aneil on the soccer field coaching, supporting the community and spending time with his family. 

 Licensed Optician and Contact Lens Fitter 

Sara started her journey in the optical field in 1989 in Toronto, Canada. Her passion for learning how to make prescription lenses navigated her to working in an optical lab. Working with mentors and experts in the optical field gave her the opportunity to learn and evolve her knowledge. She graduated as a licensed optician from Ontario in 1997 and moved to British Columbia in 2012. Sara thrives on helping others with finding glasses that enhance not only their vision but their facial features by providing them an experience that brings joy to the process of eyeglass shopping.  Sara has worked in different facets of the optical industry from managing optical labs to owning her own stores to managing stores and regions of larger companies and finally has completed the circle by coming back to doing what she loves : creating an experience for people who need to enhance their vision. Working with Paul at Prestige Optical who also thrives on creating such experience for the community in beautiful Kitsilano has given Sara a sacred space to practice as a licensed optician. In her spare time, Sara loves to walk in nature, write stories, read, meditate and cook healthy nutrition meals.
