Every eyeglass wearer is familiar with lenses fogging up: whether from wearing a facemask, stepping from a cold environment into a warm one, or just consuming a hot beverage.

ZEISS AntiFOG Wipes combine the gentle and effective cleaning of ZEISS Lens Wipes, with an added defence against fogging for up to 3 days.

Zeiss AntiFOG Wipes are made from natural cellulose – 100% wood pulp. The soft, microfine cellulose tissue is produced in ways that minimize the carbon footprint and is proven to deliver outstanding cleaning with no risk of damage or scratches to your eyeglasses. Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and we are committed to developing a recyclable sachet in the near future.

Consumers like the idea of an environmentally friendly wipe and believe that it would drive them to select a wipe that denotes it as environmentally friendly over one that is not (all other things being equal).

SHIPPING

Canada

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes for non-prescription prducts, which will depend on the province the order is being shipped to. Since Prestige Optical is a Canadian company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery.

Shipping fee may vary. It will be calculated at check out.
Shipping within Canada takes 2-4 business days once glasses are ready. Under unforeseen circumstances, it might take longer.

United States

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.

To simplify this process, your order indicates your agreement to authorize Prestige Optical to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs purposes by executing a power of attorney applicable to a single noncommercial shipment. Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement to the following, as required by US Customs and Border Protection:

“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”

- Any additional duty or import charges applied to your order from the carrier is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping to the US takes about 2-5 business days after the glasses are ready.

RETURNS

Returns - Online Order

If your glasses don’t fit quite right or you have any other issues or concerns with your glasses, lenses or any other part of the item, please call or email us as soon as possible so we can best assist you. After assessing the situation we will work with you to determine the best possible solution.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order (sale items excluded) on all glasses and sunglasses purchased online. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in original, unworn condition, free from scratches and include all original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange please call us at +1 778-379-4591 or email at prestigeopticalbc@gmail.comwith your order number in the subject line, along with your request, ex. Subject: Return Order #1234. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please note there is a $25 restocking fee on every returned or exchanged item. Refunds, less the restocking fee, will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected. All sale items, glasses with prescription lenses and custom-made eyewear are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Standard manufacturer warranties for product manufacturing defects apply to all products (warranties don't cover normal wear and tear, scratches, breakage, lost or stolen glasses).
